
GAMES VENUES
The 2011 Cup final and both semi final matches will be played in Auckland at an upgraded Eden Park. A new South Stand and temporary seating will achieve the required 60,000 capacity. It is anticipated that the redevelopment will be completed in early 2011 at a cost of approximately $240.5 million.
The venues for the quarter finals and 3rd/4th play-off matches will be confirmed later in 2008.
Other venues for Cup games in New Zealand will be announced in the first quarter of 2009.
Pool matches are likely to be played at various rugby venues throughout New Zealand. Probable / Possible venues include:

- North Harbour Stadium, Albany, Auckland
- Rotorua International Stadium, Rotorua

- Arena Manawatu, Palmerston North
- AMI Stadium, Christchurch
- Carisbrook Stadium, Dunedin
- Rugby Park Stadium, Invercargill
